Manages civil and criminal court documents by preparing, filing, processing, entering, issuing, recording, and setting dockets according to casesfiled. Prepares, files, assigns, and dockets new civil and criminal cases based on office policy and state statute to ensure accuracy of filings. Maintains confidentiality and security of documents, data, and courtroom proceedings. Maintains knowledge, understanding and proficiency of case management to minimize errors. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers. Managed social media accounts and created various social media graphics and campaigns.

Inputs and transfers reports and supplements into computer, Prepares records for scanning and archiving. Assists and responds to public or other law enforcement personnel at lobby window or by telephone and/or directs to appropriate; Answers incoming mail, fax and NCIC/TCIC for inquiries on reports and background Files and maintains filing system for all official accident, case and jail records; Maintains security of all records; Prepares information requested in subpoenas for court appearances and information requested in Open Records; Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county.

Creates a marketing plan and social media campaign for all Diversity Council related events Works with the Graphic Designers in getting artwork for all Diversity Council related events Creates media campaigns for Heritage/History Months and all other diversity/cultural celebrations. Photographs all Diversity Council related events including the annual Diversity Leadership Conference
