My role as the mentor is to inspire, challenge and encourage my mentee to achieve their professional development and career goals via workshops and meetings.

Providing excellent customer service to residents, performing general reception administration services, managing Community Spirit Program for students. Offering pastoral care help to residents, react to emergent issues happen in the accommodation, providing residential suggestions to residents live in Unilodge, improve community services of Weeden and maximize resident’s well-being at Unilodge.

Elected as Vice President of Outgoing Global Community Development Program of AIESEC in ANU;Member of Executive Board of AIESEC in ANU. Organising plans and establishing events on national level, lead the whole department to achieve great goal, maintain the portfolio in both operational and management fields, recruit Team Leaders and members, employ synergy with other departments. Reached the top performance among 15 local committees in Australia with 14 successful overseas volunteering cases.
