In this role, I am working closely with the founders to produce the virtual conference. My tasks include email management, liaising with speakers and sponsors to ensure all documentation is up to date, helping produce speaking points, and managing the onlive platform from the studio.

In my role, I attend client meetings with the principal adviser and prepare the necessary documentation such as Records of Advice and Statement of Advice requests. I liaise with the clients around potential strategies, and communicate these to our external paraplanners. I also provide extensive support to the administration support team and assist where necessary.

As a client services officer at a financial planning firm, my key responsibilities include preparing Record of Advice documents (RoAs) and Statement of Advice requests, liaising with external paraplanning organisations and providing essential research and modelling for these external paraplanners.My role also includes liaising with product providers, completing application forms and online transactions on behalf of customers, submitting these forms and requests to product providers and checking for adequate completion.I have also assisted my business in setting up Centrelink PRODA access, and assisting clients with their queries in regards to Centrelink reporting and utilising the online system.

In this role, I liaise with clients regarding client appointments, generate FDS statements, update and add additional data to XPLAN systems to ensure that client records are maintained, as well as ensuring all administrative work such as scanning and saving documents is complete.

Key responsibilities include customer service and complaints management, solving customer enquiries or escalating them to the appropriate channel, managing a team of up to 15 people on one shift, training new staff members and ensuring that all staff members are productively contributing to the team.

Key responsibilities include data entry and liaising with multiple internal branches all over Australia to ensure timely submission of documentation. As I also manage over 500 external suppliers, my responsibilities also included communicating with suppliers when complaints were made regarding untimely payment, investigating and resolving the issue as soon as possible.
