Tire structure design engineer at Yinchuan Giti Tire, China.-- Responsible for the TBR product development and improvement in YC plant Evaluate the cost reduction for each product improvement session Convert or design new semi-finished parts in accordance with the need of YC plant Manage and track the quality and status of the semi-finished parts for each development or improvement Supervise and record the manufacturing process of the experimental product in test stage. Participate in the evaluation of the final test product. Communicate with R&D colleagues on quality/design improvement and to resolve the problems occurred in development sessions. Provide detailed feedback to R&D centre. -- Mould Review Check and review the conditions of the new, used or transferred TBR moulds-- Support Give support to mass-produced products together with colleagues from process management colleagues. 2012-2013• Conducted the market survey on snow tire usage status in Harbin China.• Arranged and coordinated OE & RE test tire production plan, wrote OE & RE test tire production memo, and log production process data for monthly and annually statistics.2009-2012• Daily tire production quality tracking and statistics, presentation was made according to the data.• Drafted a booklet on tire failure code and troubleshooting.• Developed a new inside coating release agent for tire cost reduction.• Conducted a comparison test among three candidates suppliers' tire surface decorating products, and finally select the best one as new supplier.• For better tire appearance and low appearance defect rate, developed a new tire surface trimming liquid for Tianjin plant.• Analysis on the relationship between tire defect(inner air) and the physical properties of inner linear compounds.• Attended several times of tire market survey(Tianjin and Changsha), completed survey report.2008-2009• Developed a new fabric cord with high strength and low weight for cap ply use, evaluated the test tires with team members and wrote the development report.
