• Coordinating and controlling of import activities within the team;• Assisting our company for AEO and customs clearance qualification application.• First escalation for the team in customs related- and operational matters;• Ensuring our warehousing and transportation operation runs smoothly;• Supporting the design and implementation of import processes, developing company system, keeping our logistic capabilities in pace with our growth;• Performing compliance activities, such as coordinating with customs brokers about complex issues;• Coordination and controlling of customs activities within the team;• Maintaining contact with key accounts; collaborating with customs brokers, truck suppliers.

• Connecting with the shipping companies and agencies for requesting the THC charge invoices and release orders;• Analysing the received documentation from the customers on correctness and legitimacy;• Preparation, processing and sending of customs documents to customs brokers and follow-up;• Supporting customs inspection and following up the release;• Booking delivery according to the requirements of the customers with truck suppliers; Connecting with the delivery warehouse about inbound appointment; • Helping our customers and my colleagues (internal departments) on solving customs clearance issues;• Issuing invoices to the customers.

• Working with marketing teams to handle key client communications. • Managing the project to meet clients ‘needs, and maintaining long relationship with clients;• Assigning these main clients, such as The Hague Business Agency, China Cultural Center Den Haag, Xiamen Airline, Kneppelhout Korthals Advocaten, etc.• Planning and organizing and executing offline and online events for clients.• Making promotion plans and customizing media advertising solutions for clients.
