Be responsible for overall program execution of new programs & adjacent programs (such as AAM, large scale aviation enterprise capability building and etc.) including establish, maintain, and control the program baseline (Scope, pricing deliverables, Risk identification/ mitigation, customer interface, commercial impact assessments & tracking).

*Responsible for RDIU post-TC OPR solution and Tracking.*Responsible for post-TC BP Change Scope and Implementation.*Lead technical proposal of RDIU long-term improvement for EASA Certificate.*Manage Supplier and Maintain effective communication and program coordination with related customers, internal teams, partners and suppliers for guaranteeing project target achievement.

*Onsite system integration to support, guide and influence the customer to make the best decisions regarding integration strategy & plan, test requirement, test conduction and system integration delivery scope for each Block Point. Coordinate customer requirements and define integration requirements across teams that support the development, testing, integration and operations of the program.* Identify program problems and obtains solutions, intervene in advance to mitigate the risks and figure out solutions.*Provide technical leadership and serve as the primary customer interface for a large avionics systems project. Regularly interface with customers, partner companies, suppliers, and other leadership within the company.*Coordinate with other system teams or product team for their appropriate integration in the company on integration performance, problem solutions, quality initiatives, cost reduction and so on, including GE and SAVIC as 3-party joint system integration team.*Provide on-site developmental testing support for AVIAGE Systems, and support trouble-shooting for advanced avionics issues on an integration bench or aircraft in Shanghai or the other domestic sites.*Provide consultation and technical direction to the engineering community on near term and longer-range projects with substantial business impact.

*Responsible for Revenue, SVM forecast and reporting.*Support pre-sales service tendering work for all RBC/BG (PM, I&C, Logistics cost estimation, prepare PM documentation etc).*Global Service tendering work including BoQ/P&L.*Support the Governance, Process, Tools and Quality Control.*Responsible for international project outsourcing and purchasing strategy.*Search, Validate and Negotiate with subcontractor together with Procurement team.*Key interface to procurement team and onsite project team.

*Responsible for the E2E project management for all IBG projects.*Responsible for project cost/revenue planning, control and overall P&L.*Communicate with Chinese local embassies and Chinese financing Institutions for financing project progress Coordinate and communicate with Chinese EPC.*Maintain and develop customer relationship.*Leverage multi-technical resource with each RBC/BG.*Coordinate with Non-RU Regional delivery team for PO/Contract, Equipment delivery, Sales Book, Invoicing etc.*Coordinate with other function team: FNC, Legal, Logistics, Manufacture and Procurement etc.
