• Conducted research on the history of transgenderism and transgender communities in mainland China• Intended to destigmatize transgender people in Chinese mainstream discourse by providing written pieces ofhistories, holding panels and seminars, and advocating for respectful terms• Aimed to produce a series of written history and timelines with a focus on different topics and already finished six articles on sex reassignment surgery (SRS), employment, changes in terminology, etc. (publication pending)• Proposed to arrange interviews and organize different versions of oral history of transgenderism in China

• Taught kindergarten, elementary and middle school students Mandarin and documented the process and progress• Designed interactive coursework to attract students’ attention and facilitate learning among them

• Supported other students with resume and cover letter help and assisted Career Coaches on their projects• Organized events for students to promote their career exploration skills with Career Center coaches

• Built intentional relationships with over 30 residents through one-on-one meetings and hall events• Successfully held five hall events by myself and four events collaborating with other RAs
