I utilized summer holiday to attend an online internship at PWC, undertaking the position of financial consulting assistant. It was the first time putting my theories into practice at work. I viewed the official taxation website and websites like China Law & Reference to know the latest preferential tax policy and pick up the preferential clause, which was put into the use of the client companies. At last, I could design a project implementation plan that met the requirements of clients by comprehensively applying financial and taxation knowledge and skills. At the end of my internship, I concluded my past experience at PWC and independently wrote an outline for improving taxation management and control in the real estate industry. Apart from that, I worked as an accounting intern at a local company named Sichuan Xiangyu Technology Company. I mainly took charge of recording the accounting vouchers in the financial software called Chanjet T+, verifying the payment application sheets, expense claim forms, and advance payment bills.I also took an active role in internships and research projects. I participated in National University Commercial Elite Challenge Competition. I mainly took the charge of financial analysis to put my theories into practice. As a result of this competition, I improved my independent capability of solving problems and my communication skills while discussing with my group members for details. Besides, I also felt the strong power of teamwork. I am proud of my courage to play the role of CFO to express my ideas in the final presentation video. I attended an online project named Introduction to Business Analytics. In the end, I, together with my group members, selected a theme for analysis by using Python and analyzing methods for the result presentation. During the one-month project, I established the basic framework of the Python knowledge system.
