Assist the VPAA with any projects, reports, screening committees, campus events, and other assignments as needed or requested.3. Coodinate the development and revision of semester class schedules, both through POISE and MSC's published schedule4. Develop and monitor the academic administration budget as needed or requested. Prepare, track, and monitor academic administration purchase orders, credit cards and statements as needed or requested.5. Process and track adjunct and overload pay rates and data.6. Assist with annual employee evaluations and the tenure renewal process as well as assist the Tenure Committee with tracking faculty tenure and academic rank applications.7. Assist students as requested, ie. forwarding messages to faculty, through the grade appeals process, the academic reprieve/renewal process, Extra-Institutional Learning exams, etc.8. Assist the President's Office with graduation preparation as needed or requested.9. Coordinate and help prepare the academic student awards, the bi-annual Professional Faculty Development Institute, and Adjunct Faculty Training.10.
