Omnius Technology Solutions has developed the “Care Companion” system for the elderly population. The system will reduce the number of falls in the home and facility based care environments. The #8 leading cause of death to elderly adults are falls, and not just from the fall itself. Falls can cause traumatic brain injuries and extended hospitalizations.
