Tracked and traced all shipments. Established and coordinated schedule with carrier and tender shipments. Established and confirmed rates with carriers. Updated and maintained Transportation Management System. Pro actively identified problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution. Responsible for calling carriers to negotiate profit margin on current truckloads needing coverage. Communicated with carriers to ensure load is successful throughout transit of the shipment. Tracked and traced shipments in transit. Verbalized to sales reps, customer and carrier real time rates to get shipments moved with regards to market share, capacity and market rates. Worked to increase business from our customers by building and maintaining carrier relationships.

Received and placed calls to customers and clients to obtain information on previous or current shipments. Responsible for documenting and responding to various in transit issues in a timely manner through Guardian system. Worked with carriers to get pickup and delivery confirmations. Responsible for verifying correct logistics information at the origin and destination locations. Assisted in finding new loads for our carriers. Assisted in any other various tasks in order to provide better customer service.
