I am a highly motivated professional educator and servant leader with extensive skills and knowledge in instruction, curriculum development, and standards-based grading and assessment. I'm currently in my 16th year working in the educational field. I taught both elementary and middle school and worked as an assistant principal at the high school level for four years. In addition, I served as a high school principal working with at-risk students in an alternative education setting for five years before transitioning to my current role of Director of Equity and Educator Development. I'm skilled at instructional coaching, supervising and evaluating teachers, planning and leading professional development, curriculum development, data-driven instruction, differentiated and personalized learning, program development, alternative education, and building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. I'm recognized as a hardworking and approachable leader that fosters student learning and development.
