I worked in customer service for over 10 years before getting into optics/retail. Using that experience, I was able to connect with and retain customers. The skills I gained as an optician guided me in my transition into my current role as an OD Technician at Visionworks. My experience in sales and the knowledge I gained in optics led me and my team to have the highest percentage in Optos attachment in the region. I am a highly compassionate and goal oriented individual, and I use these attributes to help keep the doctors on time with their schedules; especially with the more difficult patients. I am straightforward, organized and overall a great team player.
