This position requires me to fulfill the roles of a variety of personnel, including but not limited to the management and development of all marketing promotions and design-related administrative duties for the school; providing assistance in the development of marketing and fundraising opportunities for the school. Other responsibilities include enhancing the school’s image and visibility within the community and sister-church, which would attract potential student parents and sponsors and eventually generate an increase in school enrollment and increase the sustainability of the school’s annual fund; designing layouts for promotional materials such as business cards, flyers, brochures, voice-overs, video promotions, and website, all while assisting with brand consistency. Finally, additional duties required me to: conceive, manage video shoot, edit and produce video-quality promotions, and develop the writing, recording, and editing of promotional spots.

Designed layouts and assist with brand development for business cards, flyers, brochures, magazines, spreadsheets and other print media and prepared media for production in both digital and pre-press formats for clients as well as for in-house marketing pieces. While employed with IMPRESS Print & Document Services, I designed custom layouts for business cards, fliers, brochures, and other print media as requested by clients. Within this desktop publishing position, I was also responsible for performing certain administrative duties such as order processing, invoice filing, packing/shipping service in copy center, as needed. Last but not least, I also successfully operated the equipment in the copy center including all digital copiers as well as bindery machinery, such as industry size paper cutter, sheet fed and roll laminators, and paper bindery machines (tape, comb and coil).
