I am a graduate of Public Health from Universitas Indonesia who is currently exploring my passion in another field, specifically Human Resource and Business Management.To delve deeper into my passion in the field of Human Resource, I participated in an HR Bootcamp and received recognition, including 1st Place for Best Presentation Skills among 99 other participants, and 2nd Place for Best Final Presentation Team among 12 other Teams in creating a Talent Management Plan project for a company partnered with our team.I also have experience as a Human Capital Intern at DOT Indonesia and was recognized as the Best Performer out of 38 interns at the end of the internship period. And I Successfully completed HR Certification (Certified Human Capital Professional). Currently, I am actively working as HR Executive at Asia Land, Career Coach Freelancer at 2 different companies, and also establish and manage a community for career and self-development.I will continue to delve deepen my knowledge in Human Resource and Business Management through various courses and other experiences to gain a deeper and broader understanding of these fields.
