Provide behavior therapy with individuals in their home, school, and/or community; follow and implement behavior plans; accurately record data for each program; engage in and ensure client safety; teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis principles.

Recruit, train and retain paid and unpaid program staff of 20+, recruit and retain over 80 middle school students for the program; oversee the weekly operations of the program at five independent middle school sites in three school districts; maintain relationships with middle school and school district liaisons; develop and teach 2-unit course at Haas to 20 UC Berkeley students; plan and host culminating events for each semester; support graduate students in research projects to improve program; update curricula for both semesters of the program based on educational developments to increase student engagement and interest; establish partnerships with community and UC Berkeley student organizations; collaborate with a team of other staff members and outside organizations on grant proposals.

Assist Program Director in updating and developing curricula for each session; prepare daily lesson plans, teach business lessons to 40 middle school students, help students apply business concepts to their individual websites, teach business lessons to 50+ high school students, provide feedback to high school students on business plans and case study presentations.

Assisted Program Director in redesigning fall curriculum; orchestrated curriculum implementation in partnership with Program Director; recruited groups of 10+ middle school students for the program; taught the students business skills and financial literacy; prepared them for public presentations; helped them start and run their own micro businesses that yielded profits donated to community partners.

Investigated various topics in education and synthesized extensive research into literature reviews for fellows, researched and organized school district data into Excel spreadsheets, proofread reports and proposals, attended private meetings as a note taker, prepared informational packets for meetings, attended education-related events hosted by various organizations, performed clerical tasks; completed data entry for research analyst and identified patterns in the research.

Worked one-on-one with two fourth graders to improve reading and writing skills; developed literacy activities to strengthen fluency and accuracy; designed individualized curricula to target student weaknesses, resulting in improved reading grades when evaluated by instructor.
