I am currently working on developing E-Learning program for employees in PT Cipta Nirmala.

I helped undergraduate students, lecturers, and professors during classes -- specifically Philosophy, Gender and Feminism, and Urban Psychology.

I assisted my professors on developing nature-based activities for stress and anxious urban citizens.

As the president, I was responsible to:1.) recruit Teaching Assistants for the Faculty of Psychology in the next period, including facilitating the LGD assessment process, creating LGD assessment rubrics, and interviewing prospective assistants,2.) conduct training to improve the performance of new assistants, and3.) become an intermediary between assistants, students, lecturers and staff to ensure that the work rights and obligations of teaching assistants are fulfilled.

As the secretary, I handled most of the administrative matters, including data management, preparing for the next recruitment, as well as making and managing the evaluation form.
