The raw material needs a good quality check so it's safe to make a product such as fresh milk, ultra-high temperature (UHT) milk and pasteurized milk. My assignments during the internship are: - Assisted in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards according to SNI or ISO 22000 GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). - Conducted inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products, documenting results and identifying defects. - Participated in root cause analysis using check sheet, stratification, Pareto chart, control chart, fishbone, scatter diagram, histogram for product failures, contributing to corrective action plans. - Collected the data of quality checking results using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access - Calculated the safety stock of the Quality Control department - Successfully identified and helped resolve low Total Solidity and Brix Test, improving product quality by creating instructions for operators on handling TS drops or overloads.
