Road safety Logistics area is responsible for intelligence aimed at managing the company's Safety, Health and Environment actions. It must support the Road Transport area in the development of HSE Projects, Programs and Campaigns. Through our work we must influence and support the leaders of the company's Transportation area and also of the contracted carriers with the objective of obtaining zero accidents in operations, preserving the health of the professionals and the environment where we operate. My team consists of 3 HSE Advisers and an intern. The position is national in scope, which includes a group of 40 contracted carriers, more than 4000 trucks and 5000 drivers. The fleet runs 253 million km / year ((equivalent to 660 trips Earth> Moon) and Handles 16 billion liters of fuel / year.

Interaction with haulers' senior management in order to guarantee flawless operations, considering Company´s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies. Haulers' Fleet management, focal point for tactical and operational issues. Search of opportunities to improve efficiency and optimization of logistics operations. New Haulers selection and qualification. Annual Haulers’ Audits. Rodeo Trucks Coordination (Raízen most important motivational program for Haulers´ drivers).
