Offering Executive Leadership Team (ELT) support by interacting via calls, chats and tickets with the Executive Team of a Swiss company. My role is as a SPOC for these people. The communication is mostly done in German, but also in English. I am also responsible of managing the communication between other L2 support groups in order to solve the issues.

Offering first-level technical support by interacting via calls, chats and tickets with the employees of a Swiss company. The communication was mostly done in German and in English. We were also documenting each technical issue in the ServiceNow ticketing system. If the issue couldn’t be solved at first level, we were responsible of escalating the ticker to the responsible L2 support team.

As a German teacher I earned experience in communication, as well as in the interaction with multiple people. Patience and task planning are skills that were also developed in that timeframe.
