The Trusted Leaders Circle addresses issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access with authenticity, humor, and evidence-based data. Our programs are grounded in historical context, psychological insights, and personal development, providing tangible action steps. Our goal is to help organizations assess their current status and embark on a strategic journey toward achieving their desired outcomes.

We provide a broad range of consulting and software services to support and assist an institution achieve its equity goals. Our services include conducting investigations, hearings, and appeals; formal and informal resolution; training; process and policy assessment; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training and consulting; mentoring/coaching, and more.
