Agile Master within a dynamic project management framework, employing a hybrid of LeSS and Kanban methodologies to oversee a versatile team of 40+ members distributed in 3 countries. Step in for the Project Lead as needed, and facilitate regularly large-scale, cross-functional team meetings and client interactions.

I'm a regular lecturer on WSET accredited courses for a wide variety of groups. The biggest challenges are presenting to people with many years of experience in the wine industry and adapting my style to different people with different backgrounds.I've facilitated many fun activities, winery visits, team buildings, restaurant or corporate wine tastings in a variety of settings and locations.

I've helped the team to adapt continuously to the increasing team size ( from 6 to 16 people in one year) and to the periodically changing collaboration model in an international team. I've facilitated the integration of the new team members. I’ve successfully spread the agile mentality and made the team embrace the changes instead of looking for comfort zone. Radical candor and coaching are my most powerful tools.I've learned new technologies ( java, OSGI, etc. ) and have been doing technical work as well since joining my current Rail Operation Control project. I've presented the project several times to external people both in written and spoken presentations.At company level I've initiated several programs and facilitated trainings in order to increase collaboration, provide hands-on experience with the companies latest gadgets and demos to everyone, emphasize the idea of a truly human workplace and introduce coaching as a mindset.

Managed two teams (up to 16 people at a time) and helped growing them, with 0 attrition. Together with my colleagues we succeeded to become performing teams.

Focus had been on coding, analyzing requirements and proposing improvements. The main challenges was the collaboration across 3 countries and different teams.

A complex system of 1000+ automated tests running on 20+ machines had to be kept running and passing. I was responsible for analyzing regressions and maintaining the test-running system. At each release cycle I was responsible preparing the software package ready to be sent to customers. Figuring out both the functional and technical issues alone was the real challenges of this role.

Teamwork and facing then unknown had been my daily experiences. Handling the complexity of the project was only possible by working constantly together with the Business Engineer team. Having to deal with something totally unknown and finding a solution or workaround till deadline had been the biggest challenges.

I was substitute teacher
