Tibor Erdos is a Quality Engineer with 17 years of experience of solid dosage manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceuticals, conducting training, and management of projects from a quality point of view. He is working at Swisspearl Hungary Kft, where he specialized in Quality management system, production, and technical support, training, complaint handling, investigations, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and audit.He works hard to inspire the spirit of cooperation with colleagues, support developments to improve productivity, quality, and reduce waste. Throughout his years of experience, Tibor has participated in building Europe’s one of the largest pharma packaging facility, provide his professional experience to ramp up three new manufacturing facility, and changed a traditional training system to be able to meet challenges and opportunities for the 21st Century. When he is not at work, Tibor can be found outdoor on routes and places to walk and run or canoeing or he simply reads books to explore the reality enigma.
