I took my degrees at the Mechanical Faculty of Budapest Technical University in 1982 (mechanical engineer) and in 1986 (District Heating Engineer Specialist in Energetics). I worked for EGI Contracting Engineering Co. Ltd. between 1982 and 2000 as design engineer, scientific worker, finally senior advisor. Since 2000 I have been at FŐTÁV Budapest District Heating Works Co. Ltd. Until 2005 I worked as senior advisor, then between 2000 and 2007 the leader of the Energy Depart. In 2008 I was appointed Energy Management Director of FŐTÁV. Since 2010 I have been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company, “flagship” of the Hungarian District Heating Companies. My charge is to manage the professional activities of district heating supply and the whole technical field.In 2014 I was elected as Chairman of Hungarian District Heating Association.I am a member of the Hungarian Scientific Society for Energy Management where I am the Vice President of the Energy Strategy and Regulation Board and President at Division for Energetics of Hungarian Chamber of Engineering . I was a member of the Comittee for Heat supply of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in 2015.I am a frequent presenter of the professional conferences, I often publish in professional magazines. I ams a co-author of the book of “Energetics of Settlements, District Heating, District Cooling”. I give courses of lectures at Budapest Technical University on district heating. My activities were honored by several professional awards.
