Responsible for the success of Workfront rollout projects at various dentsu agencies in the EMEA region, acting as lead of the Project Managers as well as Workfront solution SME. Participating in the requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, change management, designing & implementing support processes. Closely cooperating with various global and regional teams (Resource management, Workfront platform owners, Business platforms team, Support teams, etc.This role requires both business and technical skills.

As the Project Manager of the first Workfront rollout project in the EMEA region of Dentsu, for Merkle UK, I was both responsible for the classical PM tasks (project planning, status reporting, project governance, issue management, etc.) and I participated in a number of the project tasks, such as:Expectations gathering and Salesforce adoption level, data quality level assessment in the discovery phase; Workfront user config and report building, Staff plan data transformation, Solution documentation in the Implementation phase; User training, testing, Hypercare support, Issue log mgmt in the Launch phase, etc.I worked in a truly multinational project team including, among others, members of the global Resource Management team, Workfront Platform team, EMEA Business Platforms team, stakeholders of Merkle UK.I have largely contributed to establishing the playbook and methodology of rolling out our Workfront solution to subsequent business groups within Dentsu.

I have built up and lead the business unit DCM that takes care of outsourced regular digital production tasks, mainly in the fields of content editing, localization and publishing for major webshops, as well as of creative production and web development, for our key clients.I hold P&L responsibility for the Business Unit and report to the CEO.I have line manager tasks and I act as Account Director in our client relationships.I do the financial planning of the BU, make staffing decisions and get involved in business development.I also participate in internal projects of the agency, utilizing my project manager and analytical skills.

Godzi.hu (now shut down) was the combination of a human-edited link directory and the Google search features, aimed at the average internet user.I have co-founded the startup and have played a pivotal role through every project phase:- Formulated functional and usability requirements, created specifications (UI, CMS, reporting, content ranking algorythms, etc.)- Planned the IA and design of the website- Created test plans, performed functional testing, established bug/issue tracking processes, set development priorities- Supported the enginer team, took part in HTML/CSS coding- Conducted web research, elaborated on content quality guidelines, uploaded content through the CMS, trained and supervised the content editor team and the chief editor- Wrote static copy for the website- Selected blog ASP, launched and customized the Godzi.hu blog- Selected and contracted the hosting provider- Negotiated with domain and trademark owners- Maintained project administration

Working in the WDIG Premium Products team, I was responsible for the production of Disney's online multiplayer games, Toontown and Pirates, and their associated websites.I had close working relationship with the business managers, the production team (developers, designers) and customer support agents in Budapest, London and California.My responsibilities included:- Collating and documenting iterative functional requirements for the Toontown and Pirates websites to optimize business performance- Managing marketing projects such as mini-sites and email mailings- Setting priorities for bug fixes and functionality improvements in consultation with business managers- Managing the delivery of game updates- Production and maintenance of relevant documentation- Ongoing identification, proposal and implementation of process improvements- Knowledge share, setting objectives and training of content producer- Analytics of statistics and reporting on key metrics

I was responsible for the maintenance and improvement of Disney broadband products, with my focus gradually shifting from repetitive content production to website development projects and production tasks supporting the marketing initiatives for online multiplayer games.My most significant achievement was the delivery of a web application that serves multiple websites in various languages (e.g. www.toontown.co.uk), providing those sites with features such as CMS-driven content updates, central user registration, financial transaction management, ActiveX based game installation/launch and segmented sales messaging.My tasks included:- Scheduling and coordinating multimedia and game content, editorial and graphical asset production/localization, improving the processes thereof- Cataloguing and publishing of broadband content through CMS- Building mini-sites, creating and tracking email campaigns- Suggesting and implementing improvements of our websites and applications
