Presence EAP was born out of the desire to provide an environment where people feel safe to be seen and to flourish. We see each person as unique and valued. This personal approach reduces isolation that often complicates issues that are being faced, and welcomes each employee into a support network to help reduce the severity of what is going on through face to face, phone and video appointments.The Ally is a unique part of our EAP services by putting a friendly face in front of employees to help instill happiness, hope and purpose for each individual and the worksite in general. The Ally helps make the traditional reason for EAP (helping employees resolve personal issues) a much more viable resource. The Ally is trained for active positive engagement, keeping personal matters confidential, and providing warm handoffs to professional counselors when needed.

Kingdom Presence is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides spiritual care and enrichment primarily outside of traditional church settings. Key ministries include Presence Chaplains, WonderWomen Ministries, Miracle Marriages, Presence Training Institute and Presence Ministers.

Presence Chaplains offer spiritual care and support as professional chaplains and bereavement support within primarily healthcare settings. We do not push religion, but offer help from a ministry of presence spiritual perspective appreciated by most people. If help is requested from a particular religious group, we are also happy to assist with that connection. Presence Chaplains is a ministry of Kingdom Presence, a public charity 501(c)(3).

I lead CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) classes in Las Vegas and in a dynamic online environment for people anywhere with a special emphasis on the Ministry of Presence.The Institute for Clinical Pastoral Training (ICPT) is a multi-faith chaplaincy education community. Our concept is to create both an awareness and collaboration for ministers and chaplains who are serving. ICPT strives to be a leader in the research, education, and the practice of pastoral care within health care, prison ministry, business, military, religious organizations.Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) with the Institute for Clinical Pastoral Training (ICPT) is conducted in association with the Spiritual Care Association (SCA). This makes our CPE offering unique in the industry.Why are we unique?You have the option of either on-site classes at an accredited CPE Center near you or on-line classes conducted electronically. Our on-line units are designed to fit into the busy lives we all have and does not require you to travel to a spcific place for your clinical hours.You may perform your clinical hours at your current place of ministry. You are not limited to the health-care industry.Our collaboration with SCA gives our students access to their vast library of evidence-based didactic units with subjects such as counseling skills, grief, spiritual assessment, end-of-life decision, and more.

Vegas Chaplains started as a fellowship of ministers providing spiritual care outside of traditional church settings and then began providing spiritual care primarily to hospices. This organization was absorbed into Presence Chaplains.

This is one of the outgrowth ministries of a nonprofit I jointly formed with my wife Janice that includes emphases on benevolent activities in the community, outreach to men, empowering women, marriage and parenting training.This organization was absorbed into Presence Chaplains.

Engaged revenue producers for primary care physician offices. One included a co-marketing collaboration of audiologists and primary care physicians to bring auditory testing to primary care physician offices. Another involved bringing neurological testing to their offices.Advised facilities management firm on how to differentiate from its competitors and initiated which key strategic partners it needed to target.Gave presentations to senior communities and medical facilities specific to power mobility guidelines. Advised power mobility, DME and home health companies on market entry best practices.Developed targeted campaign to rebuild The Scooter Store's image by changing the way it marketed in region. This resulted in 25% growth in region primarily with offices that had previously refused to do business with the company.

Products included medical diagnostics, wound care products, radiopharmaceuticals, allergy medications, power wheelchairs, orthopedic/pain management devices, specialty blood tests for lipids and functional nutrition, cervical length measuring device, and specialty pharmacy. Used innovative marketing to distinguish Hoveround in a saturated market and build revenue by 50%Assisted medical facilities and private practices in proper procedural and diagnosis coding to be Medicare compliant.Hospital formulary wins included a triage device used in OB, and radiopharmaceuticals with oncology and cardiology applications.Other duties included P&L, budgeting, strategic planning, contract negotiations, and management of contract sales personnel.

Contract manufacturing of surgical towels in Mexico.Developed Mexico/Latin America market for U.S. medical manufacturers. Products included hospital supplies, surgical packs, nutraceuticals, and medical equipment. Impressed Latin American distributors by offering much higher customer service levels than they had experienced before.Served as Director of Professional Services for several IT firms. Duties included Sales/Business Development and Staffing of their offices projects. Gained major contracts with EDS, MCI, Sprint, Texas Instruments, MBNA, Southwest Airlines, Microsoft, Sybase, Alcon, Abbott, Primeco (Verizon), Fidelity, Peterbilt, NEC and Hitachi.The initial $1 million project with EDS set the stage for later successes. The vendor list was closed, but developed a network of 80 managers to find needs not being met by primary vendors. Won primary vendor status by developing innovative solutions.Consistently managed teams of 10-20 people.
