SETA for the Vulture, assisting with drafting presentation material for Phase II. Created numerous excel charts depicting various Phase II programmatic options. SETA for the MAR source selection effort, assisting with drafting and refining the BAA, SCG, PAD, Source Selection Plan, and presentation material for Industry Day. Managed feedback and input from key industry and government players regarding new start idea. SETA for the Vulcan source selection effort including reviewing BAA, SCG and other source selection materials. Analyzed five proposals and organized data for high level comparisons to present to the director’s office. Managed and coordinated government representatives and Information Strike Force (ISF) members working concurrently within the Southeast region through all phases of the Systems Engineering (S.E.) lifecycle for the installation and transition of NAS Jacksonville to Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) services. Lead program to receive Security Certification and Accreditation, thus permitting the multiple segment program to transition to operational status.
