About Ticia Berg

Mrs. Mary L Berg has over 25 years of experience with business operations and systems engineering in complex multi-million dollar federal programs. As the Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer for a tech start-up company, she has overseen the company’s rapid double digit year over year growth, all while ensuring a perfect record regulatory compliance of all federal and commercial contracts. In addition, she was assigned as the company’s Facility Security Officer, where she ensures federal compliance with many contracts that require facilities clearances. In this role, she has passed every single audit successfully. As an accomplished systems engineer, she worked with requirements development, cost analysis, test and implementation, system/subsystem design analysis, and requirement verification and traceability for small and large-scale development and operational activities. Four of those years she worked on a large, complex DoD classified program performing ongoing systems engineering requirements definition, feasibility studies, cost assessments for earned value tracking, impact assessments, risk management, and approach definitions for new business within the context of an existing program.
