SETA for the Vulture, assisting with drafting presentation material for Phase II. Created numerous excel charts depicting various Phase II programmatic options. SETA for the MAR source selection effort, assisting with drafting and refining the BAA, SCG, PAD, Source Selection Plan, and presentation material for Industry Day. Managed feedback and input from key industry and government players regarding new start idea. SETA for the Vulcan source selection effort including reviewing BAA, SCG and other source selection materials. Analyzed five proposals and organized data for high level comparisons to present to the director’s office. Developed numerous materials for presentation to various government team members including the director’s office detailing source selection proposals and final recommendations.

Supported the Coast Guard Deepwater Aviation Acquisitions program management office. Provided cost, price, and risk management analyses for five Coast Guard assets. Assisted with compiling LCCEs and writing a BOE. Compiled a reliability database of all avionics for the five Coast Guard assets. Collected and analyzed NMCI program management lessons learned. Interviewed executive level program management and Department of the Navy and Department of the Defense executive leadership regarding the foundational purposes of the program, its challenges, and lessons learned. Conducted research into comparative industry outsourcing initiatives.

Managed and coordinated government representatives and Information Strike Force (ISF) members working concurrently within the Southeast region through all phases of the Systems Engineering (S.E.) lifecycle for the installation and transition of NAS Jacksonville to Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) services. Managed the project and transition plans and coordinated transition issues with numerous claimants and commands.

Lead on system technical security requirements and functionality for a large, complex DoD classified system throughout the entire systems engineering lifecycle. Provided engineering, development, and test costs for earned value tracking utilizing Microsoft Project to ensure the program completed on time and within budget. Liaisoned with software and hardware engineers and system integrators to ensure the system design complied with the technical security requirements. Lead system and segment level testing in a Unix environment and compiled technical documentation. Lead program to receive Security Certification and Accreditation, thus permitting the multiple segment program to transition to operational status. Provided briefings at meetings and segment level reviews. Traveled extensively to customer site to provide system security requirements implementation support and established risk mitigation plans.

Lead for a large, complex DoD classified system including on going Requirements Engineering tasks. Liaisoned with the software engineers and applied the S.E. Methodology to support the lifecycle of the programs requirements baseline. Coordinated development and test costs and gathered assessments for determining requirement impact and determined its affect on the budget and schedule. Documented problems in discrepancy reports. Lead multi-group and segment level efforts to critical system issues and mitigated associated risks. Provided briefings at various internal and customer engineering review boards that developed, captured, and communicated system requirements.
