Assist the prospect in completion of the enrollment application over the phone with complete, accurate and required information, consistent with product requirements and enrollment guidelines. Professionally interface (via phone, e-mail, etc.) with external and internal constituencies who require services from the Department of Facilities Planning and Management.Meet and maintain requirements for agent licensure, appointments, and annual product certification.
