I am a technical swim coach and stroke analysis expert. I coach at pools in Chichester - West Sussex, Petersfield - Hampshire and in Central London and am head coach at SWIMSMART. I am also an STA certified Open Water Swim Coach and a guest coach for SwimQuest swimming holidays.I am passionate about helping swimmers achieve their goals and become more efficient. Bigs things matter in swimming, small details matter even more but not until the big things are in place. Swimming is simple, executing these simple things is not always so easy and drills can play a big part in this just so long as we remember the purpose of the drills and understand why we are doing them.My sessions are focussed on making changes at a realistic pace, fixing one thing at a time. I keep things simple and do not over complicate things. At the forefront of all my coaching is that swimming should be fun.
