Experience in all facets of production and operations management. Excellent knowledge of SAP production system for planning, inventory, logistics, materials, process, product & packaging. Hands on experience of managing the Supply Chain Management, production and project operations to drive quality, cost savings, inventory turns, delivery and safety targets; able to work independently and as a cooperative team player with good communication skills at all levels within the organisation. Experience of working in multiple location locations, including Australia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. Strong team leadership and development skills and very comfortable in a multicultural environment
