• Produce and maintain an efficient system for tracking of equipment usage, inventory control and equipment upgrades required or planned.
• Ensure all current operations are supported and have well-defined chain of support for any equipment /software problem is in place.
• Maintain effective communication with field crew and regional service Supervisor, and provide technical support of troubleshooting.
• Provide Monthly inventory and equipment supply /maintenance reports and submit all necessary reports to Regional Technical support
• Ensure all necessary documents are distributed to local management and field crews.
• Supervise and review for equipment request, ensure meet with the client’s need.

China, Singapore, Malaysia

• Responsible for refurbishing or restocking and for QA/QC of unit being prepared for operation.
• Maintain an efficient system for the tracking of equipment usage, inventory control and equipment upgrades requires or planned.
• Assist service engineer, ensure all current operations are supported and ensure the chain of support for any equipment/software problem is in place.
• Provide Monthly inventory and equipment supply /maintenance reports, and submit all necessary reports to Service engineer and Regional Technical support
• Maintain effective communication with field crew and service engineers and provide technical support of troubleshooting.
• Perform maintenance or troubleshoot, inspection and audit at the office or while on site

• Manage tech support team,
• Supervise and conduct equipment commissioning, testing, calibrating.
• Make plan for equipment refurbishing.
• Onsite service, solve variable problems and make sure all equipment and computers working normally.
• Conduct onsite training if possible.
• Ensure all mud logging units working in good conduction, no compliance from clients.
