Business, like art, is fundamentally human. Like engineering without aesthetics, both are second-rate if they do not connect people, through emotion, to an experience. In today’s economy, business must orchestrate memorable events for their customers that engage each one of them in an inherently personal way, with the memory itself, the experience, becoming the product. Kulturehaus specializes in designing and building these modern day experiences. We are a one-stop consulting house that brings together influential artists, ideas and movements on the rise in our culture with integrated live events, creative one-of-a-kind environments that are undeniably unique creations of arte. Our exclusive network of artists, designers, performers, master-craftsmen, technicians, strategists and event planners are some of the best in the art word; they are the creators and trendsetter's, the engines behind the 21st century cultural landscape. The quality of our network is assured through internal artist referral, proven project experience, and a commitment to being at the forefront of conscious, cultural relevancy.A house of culture. For the past 20 years I have been traveling around the world and all over America working with artist and creatives, inventors and musicians, geniuses and lunatics. We help them do what they do, that is our job. Protect the artists, they are the future!

I designed immersive experiences that spoke to the ethos of what Connect was all about.Connect To DisconnectConnect offers an app that allows you to more easily find your people so you can put down your phone - Connect to Disconnect. In order to propagate their message, we applied culture through social commentary in the streets of Dublin. Performers dressed up as business animals wandered through the city, crafting an immersive conversation centered around the obnoxious obsession of using our phones. People were spontaneously led to a real interaction with real people, learning about the app in a fun and impressionable way. The street activation culminated into a party that stood out in all the noise of Web Summit. Launch Fest 2015 Web Summit Dublin Ireland 2014 SXSW Austin 2014

Art Outside (Festival)

Created a festival around the idea of focusing on art did this at the Austin Enchanted Forest during SXSW for 4 years from 2005 to 2008.For some, "art" can be a terrifying word. Art is that stuff that hangs in galleries and museums, yes? The stuff that adorns the walls in waiting rooms and lobbies, right? Art is for the inside, not the outside. Unless you're Tyler Hanson. Hanson has spent the last 10 years roaming the country, organizing new and original art shows. A couple of years ago, when his friend Albert DeLoach purchased a few acres of forested land smack-dab in the middle of Austin on West Bouldin Creek, close to the corner of Oltorf and South Lamar, and dubbed it the Enchanted Forest, Hanson took one look and said, "Let's put on a show!""Art Outside is a model of how to reinvent the art show by taking art and placing it outside of its normal context, its normal box," says Hanson. "And in the Enchanted Forest, we have the opportunity to take people to another place, to create another world. You walk in here, and you have no idea what you're going to see. The whole forest is full of this art, this creation."Hanson's not exaggerating. The wood is filled with 120 plots, each occupied by a different visual artist or group of artists. They work in mixed media, multimedia, photography, acrylics, pottery, oils, and pen and ink. One artist draws only on the pages of the New York Times; another makes exquisite pottery. They have folks working in embroidery, watercolor, Prismacolor, wire art, and sculpture. They have collage, decoupage, stained glass, etching, and jewelry. They have printmakers, illustrators, costumers, and installations, art you can enter into and be surrounded by.
