Tien is a passionate disabled woman with 25 years of diverse working experience, handling finance, accounting, taxation, and administration in companies such as oil & gas companies, drilling companies, technology companies, non-profit organization and law firm companies. She has a strong financial, tax and administration background. She holds a master's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Dundee, Scotland UK; a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia. A certified tax consultant in Indonesia issued by Directorate General of Tax (#0903T/PP.IKPI/I/2022) and holds a license as Legal Attorney in Tax Court issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (#KHP-00096). As a wheelchair user, she is passionate about woman empowerment and inclusion. She is actively involved in Terala Foundation, to empower people with disabilities and women head-of-family by giving regular training in vocational and soft skills, to fill in the quota of disability working in a company or becoming entrepreneurs. Her main goal is for disabled and women head-of-family to have income.
