As a BA and my work will mainly involve Zalo MiniApp, I collaborated with my teammates to brainstorm and evaluate the system based on the requirements of the stakeholders. Then, i created the necessary documents and wireframes to design the interface for each screen of the system. Furthermore, after the product launched, I was responsible for testing and reporting any bugs/issues in the system so that the whole team could resolve them.
