The Strivers – Management Trainee Program is Prudential Vietnam’s signature young talent program. Every year, we take in a cohort of high achieving fresh graduates for accelerated young talent development along a defined career pathway through an individualized Management Trainee experience.

2nd Rotation: Strategic Rewards Management - HR

1st Rotation: Change ManagementKey projects: Voice Recording - New Law Implementation, Customer-pillar projects: Healthcare & VIP Customer Care, New Year Calendar; Tech-pillar projects - CRM Servicing, OCR for Claims- Provides project change management leadership and ensures Communication and Training plan and tools are in place so that vision and objectives of the project/transformation are understood and driven properly throughout Prudential.- Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with the stakeholders to oversee all phases of the project, and to ensure that related project processes are completed as required (including, as applicable, change management, process management, transition to business/operations, system development, quality management, etc.).- Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan to meet overall program objectives.- Ensures project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed and tracked. Ensures risks, assumptions and constraints are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary.

- Conducted both quantitative research and qualitative research including conducting detailed questionnaires and surveys to collect primary data, performing data visualization and getting insights.- Used various tools including: IBM SPSS, STATA, AMOS... to analyze data (secondary and primary data) to get the insight.- Made recommendations for businesses, policy-makers, and consumers.- Achieved 02 the First prizes in the Students Research Competition held by Foreign Trade University in 2023 (Overcoming more than 300 research groups) and 01 paper was nominated to participate in the Science Research Competition held by Ministry of Education and Training.- Having published 06 papers, 01 paper presented and published in a international conference held in 12/2022.- My paper: https://doi.org/10.38203/jiem.024.3.0095

1st Rotation - Business Unit: Viettel Construction- Provided input into the HR strategy for the business through HR insight and analysis of people related business issues (HR programs, capabilities, organization, talent needs and learning culture) and opportunities.- Organized employee special events, including but not limited to team building, holiday events, and company outings (Viettel Digital Talent, JunctionxHanoi, Women in Data Science, HR Party…)- Optimized training and development to maximum performance, retention, and job growth.- Developed, executed, and evaluated internal communication plans to ensure the vision, values, initiatives, and organizational information are communicated regularly and effectively. - Analyzed training gaps in recruitment and built training materials for necessary competencies to meet with the current situation with 6 online and 4 offline training sessions within 4 months with a view to improving recruitment productivity in Viettel Group’s subsidiaries.- Implemented personnel development strategies by cultivating a culture of continuous learning, identifying areas of capability and skill deficiency, and devising comprehensive plans to enhance employees' abilities.- Implemented and coordinated change initiatives to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business.- Managed the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and engaging diverse talent through various channels, including social media, networking, job boards, and referrals.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.- Used data to drive analyses supporting assessing and demonstrating fact-based culture and engagement outcomes.Highlights:- Crafted award-winning applications and devised media plans for various Human Resources accolades, including:+ Vietnam Best Places To Work (secured for 2 consecutive years) - Anphabe+ Employer Of Choice (secured for 2 consecutive years) - CareerBuilder

Viettel Group Headquarter- Coordinated with hiring managers to identify staffing needs (mostly HiPo), determine selection criteria, and source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, Vietnamworks,...).- Organized Viettel Digital Talent 2023 - annual internship program for Vietnamese IT students.- Developed comprehensive training materials encompassing assessment questions, reference materials, and video tutorials covering various recruitment aspects (hiring procedures, IT roles, candidate behaviors, utilization of ChatGPT in recruitment) aimed at enhancing recruitment efficiency for Viettel Group's subsidiaries.- Executed the employer branding communication strategy aligned with Viettel's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), including competitor analysis, creation of talent personas, and scheduling marketing communication activities across social media platforms.- Strategized and executed recruitment events including job fairs, webinars (e.g., Women in Data Science 2023), competitions (e.g., Junction x Hanoi 2023), and conferences at prominent universities, along with the annual internship program, Viettel Digital Talent 2023.Highlights:- Achieved a 1.3x growth in social metrics compared to the previous month and a remarkable 3x growth compared to the previous year.- Viettel Digital Talent Internship program witnessed a twofold increase in applications through the media coverage strategy.- Crafted award-winning applications and devised media plans for various Human Resources accolades, including:+ Vietnam Best Places To Work (secured for 7 consecutive years) - Anphabe+ Vietnam Excellence - HR Excellence

- Developed curriculum and course materials for more than 3,000 students.- Built from scratch and managed Facebook fan page with more than 40000 natural followers after 2 years.- Created ideas and daily communication posts on the Facebook fan page, maintained regular interactions, and took care of potential customers.- Directly in charge of the center's books and courses sales'.- Recruited and supported training activities for new employees.- Supervised daily activities of Sales, MKT, Operations.

- Conducted in-depth research on travel and tourism topics in order to develop content for Mytour blog, email, Mytour fanpage, and Mytour website.- Planned marketing monthly campaigns.- Designed at least 01 landing pages per week, wrote 01 - 02 posts/blogs everyday. - Conducted keyword research and used SEO best practices to increase traffic to the Mytour blog and website. - Wrote monthly partnership reports.- Moderated all social media platforms including Email, Instagram, Facebook, Zalo and Viber. - Worked closely with colleagues in sales and IT to ensure all activity is integrated.
