Program Management Officer
CurrentWorking under Central Operation Centre which serves as the back end office supporting the Program Management Officer in advising/ completing task to ensure the operation runs smoothlyKey tasks including:- Extending and offboarding contractors as requested by the hiring manager of the client that the PMO is working with and advising the suppliers on it- Advising the hiring managers in regards to managing the salary/leave of contractors based on the clients specific HR instructions- Approving the necessary miscellaneous invoices sent by the supplier before it is sent to the respective hiring manager for approval- Highlighting to PMO on items which requires their utmost attention during the course of completing daily tasks/ advising what actions can be made simpler to ensure the items can be actioned faster.- Advising suppliers if encounter any error/ request the necessary documents to ensure the task can be move forwardSkills developed: Interacting and improve communication skills with suppliers and clients, using new technology such as Fieldglass, IQN and SAP system
