Service on Design Strategy, Design Thinking Process, User-Centered Design, Concept Development, 2D & 3D Visualization, Product Design Engineering and Manufacturing Process.

-Work closely with Creative Head & CEO to convey the product vision and business objectives-Lead the overall design of the V2 product based on user feedback and technology readiness -Drive the development from concept to production with hands-on management (i.e. CAD, visualization, prototyping)-Collaborate with internal and external Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to bridge the design decisions to manufacturable solutions-Manage the NPD process with contract manufacturers to ensure the commitments are met such as timeline, cost, quality standard, and features needed to succeed -Oversee every tangible element of the product and deliver the best possible outcomes to the areas that design could apply values including Aesthetics, Form, Function, User experience, Ergonomics, Brand, Marketing, and Sales-Cultivate impactful design identity for the company through acquiring unique Intellectual Property, Design Culture, and Public Recognition (i.e. Prestige Design Awards, Press)

- Worked closely with the head of division on future learning products - Led EF’s first hardware design to production on an initial scale of 100K- Delivered design revision with better usability, engagement, manufacturability & cost - Supported director of manufacturing to facilitate DFM, QA & liaison with China- Researched the users, culture & competitors for the target market - Devised strategies for UX & interaction based on the findings from user tests - Picked up multiple prestige awards for design & innovation excellence

- Led the design for ROLI’s first 3 mass-producible products-  Drove the design which sold hundreds of thousands in Apple stores worldwide-  Mentored a team of 4 designers to establish a consistent design process- Established a holistic on-brand hardware experience across the board- Point person to manage and communicate with Chinese suppliers - Developed manufacturing methods for the key components-  Resolved technical challenges collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

-Supported Interior team to research on the Lighting-Proposed a range of outdoor furniture for a Spanish furniture brand

-Supported on a multitude of projects incl. furniture, accessories & lighting-Designed the works to be presented in the Milan Show 2012

-Conducted lifestyle research in the Shanghai area and incorporated the findings into a concept proposal for future mobile device -Got chosen as the representative member of the China/Taiwan team to attend the global workshop in Seoul, South Korea
