Tiensoon is one of the Innov8tif founders. Innov8tif is a Southeast Asia-focused AI company that was conceived to help businesses in digital transformation roadmap through digital identity assurance.Prior to Innov8tif, Tiensoon was one of the co-founders in Joget Inc., a Silicon Valley originated company, from the ideation to the commercialisation stage. Joget is a low-code/no-code platform with world-wide digital transformation case studies. From year 2009-2011, Tiensoon was the VP of Technical Consulting for Joget, in-charge of consulting and training service delivery, as well as partner enablement.An academically-trained software engineer, Tiensoon invests most of his interest in bridging challenging business requirements with technologies – which often involves some emerging areas. Advocating "AI as your co-worker" since 2019. Digitalisation isn't just about how much you have packed into a punch, but how sustainable your digitalisation resources can adapt to inevitable changes and continuous development.Tiensoon has been appointed to MDEC's Digital Expert Network Panel since May 2020. He served as a subject matter expert in software applications for the Industry Skills Framework (IndSF) organised by Human Resource Development Corporation Malaysia, and a member of Technology Expert Committee (TEC) in Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). Tiensoon is also an Industrial Advisor for Bachelor of Business Administration in the Faculty of Business Multimedia University, and Council Member of TalentCorp MyMAHIR FSTC (Future Skills Talent Council) ICT.
