- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities and updating logs and order forms.- Promptly answering the questions of staff, other stakeholders and maintaining relationships with vendors.- Coordinating the proper allocation of human resources and assisting with recruitment.- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

- Acting as second-in-command to the Manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.- Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.- Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.- Working with insurance companies, ensure that employees are safe at every project.
