Accordingly, we have recently implemented a referral program that pays a bonus/fee for each referred candidate whom we place with one of our clients within 12 months of the candidate's initial introduction to our firm. The bonus is percentage-based for the placement partners and practice groups and is a flat fee for associate level attorneys.
