Successfully steered Global Medical Education division strategy with oversight of >1,500 programs reaching >200,000 HCPs annually in wound care, sterilization, anesthesiology, plastic surgery, orthopedics, spine, trauma, infection prevention and general surgery. Effectively managed $12M budget to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control. Redesigned, mentored, and managed medical education team to achieve enhanced levels of success.
