Most frequently, these are tools to facilitate the end-to-end grantmaking lifecycle. Throughout the process, I work with each organization to smooth the process of change for their team, and get everyone excited about using the tools.The topics I'm passionate about and actively pursuing are:1. How I can help grantmakers adopt practices that do more good in the world by breaking down the funder/nonprofit power dynamic. Think participatory grantmaking, "Unicorns Unite", trust-based grantmaking, etc.2. How to integrate empathic change management into more projects, to ensure that all stakeholders feel informed, included and prepared for change.3. In this role I was responsible for the day-to-day running of TechSoup Canada. This included managing our operations and marketing teams, as well as partnership building, donor program management and technology planning.I continued to write for the TechSoup Canada blog, speak at nonprofit conferences and was involved in the NetSquared network. My focus is to work with nonprofits to do mission-centric technology planning, build community and educate nonprofits about technology.

I manage TechSoup Canada's marketing and communications.
