As an assistant general manager my duties included but were not limited to the overseeing of day to day operations of the park, implementing and adhering to a monthly and annual budget, human resources at the park level, payroll, maintaining customer relations, resolution of customer complaints and escalations, outside/inside sales and marketing, acquisition of high netting events and bookings, development of multiple community outreach programs, park representation at outside promotional events, scheduling of all staff to ensure proper coverage for the park while remaining within the hours budgeted, accounts receivable/payable, contract negotiations, streamlining of policies and procedures on a corporate level, restructuring of departments within the park to better utilize staff as well improve customer service, implementation and enforcement of park procedures, assisted in the opening of additional parks and training of all staff including upper management, IT and infrastructure maintenance of both new and existing OS/CRM/POS/APPS as well as surveillance equipment, tracking and maintaining inventory and quality control, cash handling and deposits, creation and implementation of reports to track park analytics, supervising 50-85 employees at any given time as well as all other general office duties.

Champion Installs is a store fixture installation and retail merchandising company based out of Elk Grove, California. As a merchandiser my responsibilities include the installation of uprights and racks in new and existing retail locations as well as the setup, organization and product placement of all merchandise in both the front and backroom of the store. As the owner of On Call Maid Services I was responsible for the initial setup of the company as well as the marketing, accounting, scheduling, payroll, training, new hire training, employee evaluations, recruiting, pre-employment screening, and employee policy changes as well as enforcement and the direct supervision of an average of seven crews.
