Schedule appointments for potential clients, build rapport with clients, shuttle customers to and from home or work, check in and out loaner cars, scan documents into the computer, send out emails and faxes, retrieve voicemail messages, mange deposits and credit card receipts, send out thank you cards and discount cards, call customers to check and see how they are doing, call and remind customers about upcoming appointments

Making phone calls to customers who have past due and potentially past due accounts with our company, trying to collect on payments to keep these customers current. Taking new signature loan applications from potential customers, accepting payments from customers and entering them into the system, sending out receipts, contracts, and denial letters as well as soliciting to former customers. Running credit checks, and verifying employment, running errands such as going to the courthouse to file legal paper work, picking up mail from the post office, purchasing office supplies, going to customers homes to pick up payments if the customers was physically unable to do so.

Received calls from customers who needed help getting back online to check their accounts, reimbursed fees on customer accounts, used one call resolution to make sure all customers questions were resolved, asked probing questions to find the best products to help the customer succeed financially, used active listening skills to resolve all customers problems

Made outbound calls to customers who were delinquent on their Discover Card balance, obtained permission to call customers on their cell phone, connected customers to specialist to make payment arrangements to pay their bill
