Oversight of the quality program in 7 plasma collection centers and ensuring their overall adherence to SOP, and external regulations. Authorship of several procedural aids, and drafting of center specific processes aimed at quality improvement and the enhancement of productivity. Providing guidance, interpretation and ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, FDA, EMA, cGMP and CLIA regulations, for the entire region.Development of Quality Supervisors and Quality Associates in accordance with company and regulatory specifications. Training of Supervisors and future Managers as it pertains to quality functions and the enforcement of regulatory compliance at the center level. Conducting HR investigations and administrating disciplinary action as needed. Review of validation documentation for all critical laboratory equipment to ensure that the center equipment is up to all specified standards.
