• Conducting analysis on kappa carrageenan flour samples, namely checking moisture content, viscosity, pH, gel strength, whiteness and light, syneresis and mesh• Conducted monthly tests for re-checking and evaluation the quality of the products produced• Make a report of the analysis kappa carrageenan flour products which will be reported to the Laboratory Supervisor • Reported the analysis to the Laboratory Supervisor and QC in line process, in order to ease trace if there are products that don’t comply with established standards.• Coordinating with other staff in completing work and ensuring the quality of the products produced in accordance with established standards• Assisting the product trial from Research and Development department
