Par Clinical Mentor
CurrentCoordinate the clinical experience of the Minneapolis Residency Program (MRP) and other alternative pathway teacher programs. The MRP is a one year residency teacher licensure program for current MPS paraprofessionals to earn their K-6 license while co-teaching with a mentor teacher for an entire school year. Support cooperating teachers as mentors; develop and facilitate professional development for cooperating teachers, university supervisors, liaisons, mentors, and faculty; develop and facilitate the clinical seminar for residents; work as MRP staff member to support the residency program in the Minneapolis community. The role also includes all other activities as listed in the Induction Mentor position.
