Familiarity with YellowDig, Voicethread, and Blackboard instruction. Production and analysis of Blackboard participation reports.

Assimilate the EHR and the needs of the agency to the capabilities of the system, as well as influence the roadmap of the EHR. Support end users to ensure they are fully adopting and integrating the product into their department. Liaise with vendor and partners for system integrations. Identify and implement process improvements to the current system. Research and recommend system enhancements to fit the criteria of the intended system use. Ensure system upgrades are deployed in a timely fashion. Provide training and product support to staff as appropriate. Establish and grow external professional connections that will benefit Familylinks and position the agency as a community partner.

Collaborate with COO and Leadership Team to produce and report statistical data that focuses on agency wide outcomes. Assist in the development of system wide tracking tools and quality and compliance functioning for the agency.
