Responsible for the daily operation of the branch and creation of a client sales and service environment through the coaching, training, and development of branch associates. Focus on delivering World-Class Service to clients while meeting and exceeding sales goals. Remain active in the community through various organizations including the local chamber of commerce.

Provide sales leadership for the financial center to meet and exceed production goals. Ensure that the Assistant provides the appropriate personnel management and supervision for subordinate staff. Coordinate with the Operations side to ensure that the branch is always in compliance. Make sure all customers are satisfied and all customer concerns are addressed. Actively represent the bank by developing key contacts and supporting the community. Provide coaching and team building to foster motivation within staff. Conduct sales meetings and training. Explain and cross-sell bank products and services. Develop marketing plans in order to bring in new business.

Assist the Branch Manager in achieving growth and profit with outstanding customer service skills, strong community relationships and risk management. Direct and administer the daily sales effort of the branch, including goal establishment and results tracking. Assist the Branch Manager in managing risk associated with new account opening, compliance and overdraft authority. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processing routines and resolve operating problems. Provide leadership through recognizing, coaching, stimulating and team building. Maintain cash supply in vault and oversee vault security. Authorize payments of checks and maintain money supply at each teller window. Ensure that tellers provide customers with professional and courteous service. Also assist in the day-to-day administration of the branch operations including completion of audits.
