Mental health therapy services for adult women- specializing in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders, depression, anxiety, DNA discoveries, and life transitions.

Provides individual and group counseling sessions to those during pregnancy through one year post-partum. Engages in needs assessments in order to provide care to support a healthy pregnancy, birth, and post-partum period for client as well as unborn child. Provides case management duties as needed, collaborates with CompDrug employees as well as outside authorities in order to provide quality client care. • Trained in Incredible Years Baby (pending), Incredible Years Toddler, and FLIP IT (pending)• Co-facilitates four groups: Ready for Baby, Incredible Years Baby, Incredible Years Toddler, and FLIP IT• Created curriculum and implements Ready for Baby group • 8 session weekly group focusing on topics specific to pregnancy, birth, and mental health• Works with co-counselor, grant coordinator, and supervisor to develop newly created Perinatal Program

Contracted School Based Clinician- responsible for prevention based services, mental health assessments, individualized service plan development, school/home liaison, and individual therapy through CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing for students in kindergarten- 12th grade in Worthington City Schools. Provide mental health services to students with private insurance, no insurance, as well as Medicaid in the school setting while creating and maintaining strong relationships with all school personnel in order to best support students. Provide parent education, connect with outside referrals, encourage families to participate in community engagements, and facilitate relationship building between students and legal guardians/parents.• Conduct emergency assessments and consultation for various schools in Worthington City School District• Engage in Interdisciplinary Action Team meetings and Individualized Education Plan meetings as well as frequent conferences with teachers, principals, and parents

Therapist in Family Empowerment Program- responsible for mental health assessments, individualized service plan development, CBT individual and family therapy, psychoeducation, parent education, motivational interviewing, and case management duties associated with families who have high-risk complex needs in order to maintain children in their home.
